Nonprofit Status

The Friends of the Loveland Public Library Foundation, Inc. is designated as a tax-exempt organization as described in sections 509(a)(1) and 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, effective June 27, 2003. The organization is required by law to file an IRS annual information form (990). The organization is required by law to make available for public inspection the following documents:

• The application for exemption and supporting documents;
  
• the exemption letter; and
  
• the annual information form.
